The Chapel Paintings, created in solitude in a former chapel on the cliffs of Brittany, Zinon’s paintings are not depictions of his environment but meditations shaped by it. The silence, the elemental light, and the cadence of daily rituals find their way into the work as atmosphere rather than subject. His practice embraces the concept of idiorrhythmy-a personal rhythm deeply attuned to both interior and exterior worlds.
